BJVP provided a fully integrated solution combining three core systems to optimize fluid transfer, pipeline cleaning, and precise additive dosing across the entire production process.

1. BJVP Pigging System – Efficient Pipeline Cleaning & Product Recovery

The system uses compressed air to drive pigs through pipelines, effectively removing and recovering residual fluids. It minimizes residue to near zero, making it ideal for multi-product lubricant production. This ensures product purity, batch consistency, and significantly reduces solvent consumption.

2. BJVP Manifold System – Optimized Pipeline Network

The matrix-designed manifold system uses horizontal and vertical configurations with manual valve control to simplify pipeline layouts. It supports flexible routing modes such as one-to-one, one-to-many, and many-to-one, significantly reducing pipeline quantity and space requirements. Integrated with the pigging system, it enhances overall material transfer efficiency.

3. BJVP DDU Decanting System – Automated Precision Dosing

The DDU system automatically extracts additives and base oils from 200L drums or IBC tanks according to predefined formulations and transfers them directly to blending tanks. It eliminates manual handling, ensures dosing accuracy, and improves safety, meeting the strict requirements of high-end lubricant production.
