VI High Speed Dissolving Unit is supplied in form of skid with optional tank volume of 15T, 20T and 30T, consisting of the following parts:
1. External coils (with hot oil or steam heating) and VI dissolving tank with temperature controller
2.Slanting insert special high-speed cutter
3.High-speed cutting & online blender
4.Base oil weighing & metering system
5.VI loading & lifter
6.Unloading pump
7.Cabinet and integrated control system
